This led me to collaborate with a company offering a flexible software platform, allowing me to develop Clinical Recruiter AI—a tailored solution for high-touch healthcare recruitment. This innovation streamlined our processes, reduced staffing needs, and ensured consistent, accurate results.
Inspired by the potential of AI and automation, I turned my attention to the skilled trades—industries like electrical work, plumbing, construction, hair salons and lawn care—that often lack specialized software solutions.
