By accessing or using our services, including booking AI and Automation Services, memberships, or any other offerings, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. 1. Services Provided
We offer a range of AI and Automation Services, including but not limited to:
AI and Automation Services creation and deployment.
Membership programs for routine service and discounts.
These services are provided based on the details outlined in your specific agreement with us or as described on our website.
2. Service Availability
Our services are available to customers within the World. We make every effort to provide timely and efficient service, but service availability may depend on the customer’s location, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion, with or without notice.
3. Booking and Payment
Booking Services: To book an AI and Automation Services, you may use our website, call our office, or email us. By booking a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Payment: Payment is required for all services rendered, including membership fees, installations, consultationsrepairs, or any other charges. We accept various payment methods, including credit card, debit card, and other electronic payments. By providing payment information, you authorize us to process charges for the agreed-upon services.
Membership Fees: For customers enrolled in a membership program, membership fees are billed annually and are due upon signing. Renewal payments will be automatically processed using the payment method on file unless you notify us of any changes. Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend or cancel services until the balance is settled.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Access to Property: You must ensure that we have access to your property to perform the agreed-upon services. This includes providing a safe and clear path to the equipment.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking a service or membership. Failure to do so may result in delays or cancellation of service.
Notification of Changes: You are responsible for notifying us of any changes to your payment details or other account information, such as new billing information, address changes, or cancellation of services.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations by Customer: You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment by providing at least [24 hours] notice. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than the required notice may result in a cancellation fee of [200.00].
Cancellations by Company: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services in cases of unforeseen circumstances, including inclement weather, emergencies, or scheduling conflicts. If we must cancel, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule.
6. Warranty and Limitations
Limited Warranty: We provide a limited warranty on labor and parts for services performed. The warranty period may vary depending on the type of service and the manufacturer’s warranty for any installed equipment. The specific terms of the warranty will be provided to you upon service completion.
Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or unauthorized repairs by third parties. Any claim for warranty must be made within the warranty period. Limitation of Liability: Monroe Group's is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service or product that gave rise to the claim.
7. Privacy and Data Collection
By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We may collect personal details such as your name, address, payment information, and service history to provide services and improve customer experience.
We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of fulfilling the services requested (such as through payment processors or service providers).

Is a service designed to ensure companies phones are answered 100% of the time regardless of the number of calls or time. Services Trades runs 24/7. The messages consumers will receive are based on their inquiries. Messages will be directly related to the questions asked and revolve around resolution of their issues, mostly about booking service calls or delivering messages to Company personnel for resolution.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to {support email address or toll-free number}.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

8. Force Majeure
We will not be held liable for failure to perform any services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Acts of God (e.g., floods, hurricanes, earthquakes)
Labor disputes
Mechanical failure
Power outages
Government regulations
If a force majeure event occurs, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule services as soon as possible.
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at any time if you violate any of the terms in this Agreement or fail to meet payment obligations. In case of termination, any outstanding balances are still due and payable.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall first be addressed through informal discussions between the Parties. If a resolution is not reached, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within Brevard County, Florida.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Effective Date.” By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you accept the revised Terms and Conditions.
